Financial decisions should not be made solely based on the data provided by this Service. Always verify extracted data against your original bank statements.

6. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to extract and analyze financial data. AI-generated insights, categorizations, and financial advice are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kipta and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded financial data remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kipta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service.
Any errors or inaccuracies in extracted financial data.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Security Act 2018 and the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
